These Terms of Service explain the rules for using XTFAME. By creating an account or using XTFAME, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you should not use XTFAME.

About XTFAME

XTFAME is a social entertainment platform where users may create, watch and share content, go live, interact with creators, send gifts, use messaging, join communities, access shop features, take part in ECL learning features and use other services made available by XTFAME.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Age and Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use XTFAME in your country. Some features may require a higher age, including live streaming, gifting, creator earnings, paid content, shop features or mature content controls.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting content on XTFAME, you give XTFAME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute, promote, modify for technical reasons and make your content available through the platform.

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to post illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative or misleading content; harass or threaten others; impersonate anyone; upload content you do not have permission to use; use XTFAME for fraud, scams or spam; or try to damage or bypass the platform.

Live Streaming

Live streaming must follow our Terms and Community Guidelines. We may monitor, restrict, end or remove live streams that break our rules or create safety concerns. Hosts are responsible for what they broadcast and for the conduct they encourage during a live session.

Coins, Gifts, Rewards and Paid Features

XTFAME may offer coins, gifts, rewards, subscriptions, paid content or other digital features. These features may be subject to separate rules, prices, fees, limits, taxes, refund policies and app store requirements. Creator earnings or payouts may be reviewed, delayed, reduced, cancelled or withheld where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations or legal issues are involved.

Shop and ECL Features

XTFAME may allow eligible users or businesses to list products, services, courses, classes or educational content. Sellers and creators are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful sales, delivery, fulfilment, quality, refunds and customer support unless XTFAME clearly states otherwise.

Messaging and Communication

Users may be able to communicate through comments, messages, live chat and other tools. You must not use these tools for harassment, spam, fraud, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal activity or abuse.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, restrict accounts, suspend accounts or permanently ban users who break these Terms, our Community Guidelines or the law.

Reporting and Appeals

Users can report content, accounts or behaviour that may violate our rules. Where available, users may appeal certain moderation decisions.

Intellectual Property

XTFAME’s name, logo, design, software, features, layout, badges, ranking systems and platform materials belong to XTFAME or its licensors.

Third-Party Services

XTFAME may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, social networks, analytics services, hosting providers or external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, fees, policies or actions.

Service Changes

We may update, improve, remove, limit or change features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers

XTFAME is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the platform will always be secure, available, accurate, profitable or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XTFAME will not be liable for indirect, accidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profit, data, reputation, opportunity or business, arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using XTFAME at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, create risk, misuse the platform or violate the law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XTFAME after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Be Respectful

Treat others with respect. Do not bully, harass, threaten, shame, insult or target people because of who they are.

No Hate or Discrimination

Do not post content that attacks, dehumanises, promotes hatred against or encourages harm towards people or groups based on protected characteristics.

No Violence or Dangerous Behaviour

Do not post content that promotes, praises, threatens or shows extreme violence, self-harm, terrorism, criminal activity or dangerous acts.

No Sexual Exploitation or Abuse

XTFAME does not allow sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, child sexual content, grooming, sextortion, trafficking or any content that endangers minors.

Mature Content and +18 Controls

Where XTFAME provides +18 or audience controls, users must use them honestly. Some content is not allowed even with an age warning.

Keep Live Streams Safe

Live hosts and guests must follow all XTFAME rules. Do not use live streams to harass others, show illegal activity, exploit people, mislead viewers, promote violence, scam users or break the law.

No Scams, Fraud or Fake Activity

Do not use XTFAME for scams, fake giveaways, fake investment schemes, impersonation, phishing, false promises, fake engagement or dishonest activity.

Respect Copyright and Ownership

Only upload content you created or have permission to use. This includes music, videos, images, logos, brand materials and other people’s work.

No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, creator, business, public figure, organisation or XTFAME staff member.

Protect Privacy

Do not share another person’s private information without permission, including phone numbers, addresses, identity documents, private messages, financial details or private images.

Messaging and Comments

Do not use messages, comments or live chat to spam, threaten, harass, sexually exploit, pressure, scam or abuse others.

Shop and ECL Conduct

Sellers, educators and creators must be honest about products, services, classes, prices, delivery, availability and results.

Platform Integrity

Do not try to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, misuse APIs, create fake accounts, manipulate rankings or interfere with XTFAME’s systems.

Reporting Problems

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these Guidelines, use the report tools where available or contact support@xtfame.com.

What Happens If Rules Are Broken

Depending on the issue, XTFAME may remove content, end a live stream, limit visibility, disable features, remove coins or rewards gained through abuse, suspend an account or permanently ban an account.

Appeals

Where available, users may appeal certain moderation decisions. Appeals should be honest, respectful and include useful context.

When contacting support, please include your XTFAME username, the email or phone number linked to your account if relevant, a clear description of the issue, screenshots or transaction references where helpful, and the device and app version you are using if the issue is technical. Please do not send your password.

Account Help

Contact us if you need help with login problems, password reset, email or phone verification, account recovery, suspicious account activity, account deletion requests, profile issues or username issues.

Safety and Reports

You can contact support to report harassment, bullying, impersonation, scams, harmful or illegal content, privacy violations, unsafe live streams or abuse in messages, comments or live chat. If someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.

Coins, Gifts and Payments

For payment issues, include the transaction reference, payment method, date, amount and your XTFAME username. Refunds, reversals and payment decisions may depend on the payment provider, app store rules, XTFAME policies and applicable law.

Shop and ECL Support

For shop or ECL issues, include the product, class, seller, creator, order reference, date and a clear explanation of the problem.

Response Time

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Some issues may take longer, especially where payment providers, safety reviews, appeals or technical investigations are involved.

Important Notice

XTFAME Support will never ask for your password. Be careful of fake support accounts or messages pretending to be XTFAME.
